Shipping & Pickup

Every order from Secret Garden Lavender is thoughtfully prepared on our family farm in Seabeck, Washington. Whether your order is shipped across the country or picked up here at the farm, we take great care in preparing every package.

Processing Time

Most orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days.

Many of our products are handcrafted, sewn, or individually prepared on our farm. During busy seasonal periods, holidays, or lavender harvest, processing may occasionally take a little longer. If we anticipate a significant delay, we'll contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed.

If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. Whenever possible, we'll do our best to accommodate special requests.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States using USPS Priority Mail, providing reliable delivery and tracking for your order.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your order and destination. Shipping charges include USPS Priority Mail postage together with the cost of carefully preparing and packaging each order for safe delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your home.

Gift Orders

Many of our products are chosen as thoughtful gifts for family and friends.

We're happy to ship directly to your gift recipient. Simply enter the recipient's shipping address during checkout. Pricing information is never included inside the package.

If you'd like to include a personal message, simply leave it in the order notes during checkout. We'll handwrite your message inside our signature hand-stamped lavender card and include it with your order as our  gift to you.

Extreme Weather

Some of our handcrafted products are made with natural ingredients that may be affected by extreme temperatures during shipping.

If your destination is experiencing unusually hot or freezing weather, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order. We're happy to discuss shipping options and timing to help your order arrive in the best possible condition.

While we carefully package every shipment, we cannot be responsible for product changes resulting from prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures during transit or after delivery

Farm Pickup

We are pleased to offer Farm Pickup by appointment for our local customers.

Simply select Farm Pickup during checkout. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time.

To help us provide the best possible service, please wait for your pickup confirmation and an appointment time before coming to the farm.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please take a moment to verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If a package must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout, additional shipping charges may apply.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We carefully inspect and package every order before it leaves our farm.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photographs of both the shipping package and the damaged item(s). We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delivery times and handling are outside our control. However, we're always happy to assist in locating delayed shipments whenever possible.
