We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Secret Garden Lavender. If something isn't quite right, please contact us. We'll always do our best to provide excellent customer service and resolve any concerns.

Personal Care Products

For health and safety reasons, personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes soaps, lotions, lip balms, bath products, essential oils, and all other personal care items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error in fulfilling your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We'll carefully review the situation, respond promptly, and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Home Décor & Gift Items

Unused home décor, gifts, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging whenever possible.

Unless the return is the result of our error or an item arriving damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
